Steven Ilmrud brings over 30 years of hands-on manufacturing and operations leadership to every engagement. His career spans production management, supply chain optimization, lean/six sigma implementation, ERP deployment, and executive operations strategy across multiple industries.
Steve's approach is direct and results-driven: he embeds with your team, learns your operation from the inside out, and builds solutions that your people can own and sustain long after the engagement ends.
He holds certifications in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, and has led transformations at companies ranging from precision machining shops to large-scale discrete manufacturers.
